Documents tab of the form – Athento

From a form, Athento offers you a screen to list all the documents that use this form, independently of the space in which they are located and as long as you have reading permissions on these documents.

From this screen, you will be able to see the fields of your documents as columns, as if they were a spreadsheet.

Some of the functionalities of this screen are described below.

Functionalities of this screen

Filter and search

This is the primary functionality of this screen. Use the filters in the list header to perform filters or searches. You can combine parameters.

Show the list of documents in full screen

This option will allow you to work more comfortably, showing only the contents of the list in full screen.

Use ESC to exit full screen mode.
