How can I change the order and visibility of the columns in the document table of a form?

Athento allows you to change the order and visibility of the columns in the document table of a form. This order will be maintained only for the browser the user is using.

To do this, within a form we must go to the documents tab.

Once inside, in the selector to hide or show the columns, you can both mark and unmark a column as visible, as well as drag the columns to the position you want, through the icon of the image, using the mouse.

By selecting or dragging the columns, the table will be automatically reordered, displaying the columns in the specified order. To save the configuration selected so far, click on the "Save column order" button at the top of the table.

If this button is not clicked and the user leaves the page, when accessing the page again, the last state of the table will not be loaded, but the last saved state will be loaded.

** Note: The order of the columns is maintained by each browser. Therefore, the same user could access the documents tab from a different browser in which the columns are ordered, and would not keep the order of the other browser.
