For the management of expired documents, workbaskets must be created, which can also be published on the product dashboard. The product dashboard is the first thing users see when they enter the product.

We can configure the queue according to some date type metadata, for example, the creation date (data present in all documents) or a particular field that we have defined, such as Expiration Date.

In our queue or tray, we will filter our documents by the value of this field.
