Reading electronic invoices from Colombia

Athento can read electronic invoices from Colombia by means of the operation electronic-colombian-invoice-reading-operation. This operation allows processing an electronic invoice in zip format, automatically extracting the fields contained in the XML.

• The invoice in PDF format is used as the main document file.
• The XML is attached as a related document.
• From the document characteristics it is possible to consult the storage path of the original zip file, as well as the XML.
• From the document characteristics in the External Metadata tab, all the data extracted from the XML can be consulted.

The frequency of document processing is performed according to the configuration set, it can be configured in crontab or requested from soporte@athento.com if your instance is managed.
