How can I activate the AI or Athenea features on my Athento?

To activate Athenea's Artificial Intelligence features in your instance or team, you have several options:

Bring your own AI

Athento offers support for different AI services. Simply connect your account for your preferred service from the team's applications tab.

Athento's vision is to offer an intelligent system that is agnostic in terms of the service to be used. Athento currently supports the following platforms:

• OPEN AI
• GEMANI
• HUGGING FACE
• AZURE OPEN AI

At the request of its customers, Athento will include other services in its roadmap. See also AI Models and Technologies Supported by Athento

Some features may not be available on all platforms.

If I connect Athento to my Open AI or Gemeni account, do I have to pay Athento anything?

No, you pay directly to the service you use. The only thing you need to keep in mind is not to exceed the automation units included in your plan. Using AI consumes these units.

Signing up for the AI service through Athento

If you don't have an account with an AI service, Athento offers you the option of signing up for this service. In this case, you would use an account owned by Athento on one of these platforms (Open AI by default). You can sign up for blocks of 500,000 tokens per month with Athento. Ask our sales team about prices and terms of service.
