Are onpremise licenses a one-time payment and what happens if I do not renew my onpremise subscription?

No, all Athento plans, regardless of their modality, are subscriptions. Unlike the cloud, which are monthly payments, on premise licenses are annuities. That is, they are paid every year. In both cases, support is included. More information in Athento Modalities.

In case the customer decides not to renew his subscription, Athento recommends exporting his documents from the platform, since we will not be able to offer support in case of incidents and the software cannot be updated to newer versions, and may become obsolete.
