Annual Subscriptions
Athento's On Premise licenses are annual subscriptions, whose price includes the provision of support services for one year.
It is important to keep in mind that not renewing the support service means that the customer would no longer enjoy:
- Incident resolution service
- Software updates
- New functionalities
In the On Premise modality, the key factor that determines the prices of the service has to do with the support needs that the client will require. These support needs, in turn, will be determined by the volume of users and documents that the software will host.

Multi-year subscriptions
For each extra year contracted (in the same contract), the customer will receive a 10% discount.
