The onboarding programs are sessions in which a technical or process consultant will help you make the configurations you need to start working with Athento.
The sessions are conducted online with a maximum duration of 90 minutes.
In each onboarding session a topic will be discussed, configurations will be made and tasks will be left to the client to advance in the configuration of the tool. Athento is a highly customizable and configurable tool, the purpose of these sessions is to get the client's team to be autonomous in the configuration of their processes and that they can start working with Athento as soon as possible.
Important: Athento has no delivery date commitments for configurations, customizations, etc., in this modality. If you need a commitment to specific delivery dates, you can contract a traditional project.
