According to the Athento plan you choose, you will have different benefits or features. Below, we explain them.
The use of the service
The use of our platform. When you have an Athento subscription, you have the right to use the platform while the subscription is active.
The use of the support service
Application support is included in all plans. Your support coverage will vary depending on your subscription.

These are the user accounts or named users associated with your company. Every user with a username and password with access to the tool counts as a user. Your plan includes a maximum limit of users. If you need more users, you can contract users on a per user basis at the extra user price of your plan.
Your users are named and concurrent users.
This is the storage capacity in terms of GB/TB that your company's team will have available to store documents in Athento. You can contract extra storage without having to upgrade to the higher plan.
API Access and API Calls per day
Indicates whether it is possible to call Athento web services from external applications, as well as the daily limit of such calls.
This is the number of teams or independent processes that you can have running at the same time in Athento and with data isolation between them.
The number of digital signature requests you can send in a month.
