To use this functionality, write permissions on the folder to be shared are required.
In the space view, you locate the folder you want to share with an external user.
Once the folder containing the documents to be shared has been identified, click on the three dots and select the Share option:
Once you click on Share, the following box will appear for you to fill in:
E-mail: Fill in the e-mail address of the user with whom you wish to share the folder.
Comment: Text area type field to add a comment and the external user will see it reflected.
Permissions: Drop-down list with the Read and Write options.
Finally click on SHARE.
Subsequently, a notification will be sent to the user's e-mail, which will contain the link to view the shared documents.
