Can several people use the same user account on Athento?

This is not a good practice, since you would lose traceability on the actions that people perform in the system. For example, if several people share the same user account and one of them deleted a document, we would not be able to know who is responsible for the deletion. Sharing a user also means that, in terms of security, there is less control over access by unwanted persons.

It is also important to keep in mind that two people cannot be connected at the same time with the same user.
