Can Athento perform operations in third party applications, is there a cost involved?

Yes, it is possible for Athento to interact with third-party applications as part of a flow, document processing, or field editing. 

Some use cases could be:

• It is required that once a customer contract is entered into Athento, Athento creates the customer file in a CRM system with the contract data.
• Athento is required to move the status of an issue in Jira.
• Athento is required to obtain a credit score from an external system.
• Athento is required to populate document data from a query to an external application.

What is required to perform this integration?

The first and fundamental requirement is that the external application must have an API or provide web services that Athento can call.

From this point on, it will be necessary to create a small code in Athento (an operation or automatism) that makes an authenticated call to the external system with which you want to integrate.
