What does the limit of users I have in my plan mean, are they concurrent users?

These are the maximum number of user accounts or named users you can have registered on the platform. Every user with a username and password with access to the tool counts as a user. Your plan includes a maximum limit of users. If you need more users, you can contract users on a per user basis at the extra user price of your plan.

Are they concurrent users?

They are concurrent or non-concurrent users. For the limit of users Athento only counts on the number of registered users. Your plan guarantees that 100% of the contracted users can be concurrent or, in other words, work at the same time in the tool.

Can I use a generic user for several people?

Athento does not penalize the use of a user with which several people access the platform. However, the client will lose traceability features, since it will not be able to know exactly who is performing an action when working with the generic user. Athento will only register that the actions have been performed with the generic user.
