Signing documents in lifecycle transition

It is possible to require an electronic signature to continue to a different state of the lifecycle (transition). 

To enable this option, click on the transition name.

Enable the signature option.

Proceed to confirm you want to activate this option. 

Once this option is enabled, when users change the state of the document, they will be required to sign the document at the same time. To be able to sign the document, users need a digital certificate.
