Characteristics or facets of life cycle stages

Life cycle states have a number of characteristics which are shown in the ‘Facets’ column within the life cycle table. These facets can be the following:

• Execution of operations (robot icon): This facet indicates whether, in the state, operations or automatisms have been configured.
• Task creation (list icon): This facet indicates if, when entering this state, it is going to create any task.
• Transitory state (clock icon): This facet indicates whether the state of the life cycle is transitory. The transient state is also shown as a decision diamond in the network.
