How to define custom conditions for a transition?

In addition to the options available in the Conditions tab of a transition, it is possible to define custom conditions according to different criteria.

For example, it is possible to make the transition execution conditional on a field taking a certain value, as shown in the example screenshot. In this case, the transition is only executed if the value of the "Owning Facility" field is "Toronto".

You can configure custom conditions from the Automation/Custom transition conditions tab.
