SLA by life cycle stages

In Athento it is possible to define a maximum time that documents must remain in a certain state and that should not be exceeded.

This is done in the state configuration. Adding states to the life cycle

In the document view, you can find out how much time a document has left before its SLA is broken or how long it has exceeded its SLA. A document with an expired SLA will be shown in red in the queues.
