Professional services hour packages

Is it possible to hire pre-paid bags or packages of hours for the parametrization and customization of Athento.

The hours packages can be used under the following conditions:

• 1The availability of the hours will always be subject to the scheduling of Athento's technical team and must be requested with a minimum advance notice of 15 business days.
• The hours packages contracted cannot be valid for more than 1 year from the date of hiring.
• The hours packages cannot be used for urgent support management or any urgent requests.
• If an hours package is used as a substitute for the hiring of a specific project, please note that the duration of all activities related to management, training, meetings, and any activity involving the participation of an Athento team member will be deducted from the hours package.
• The hours will be deducted from the package at Athento's discretion, and the client cannot refuse the allocation of hours to the package under any circumstances.
• If the client requests task estimates to be charged to the hours package, these estimates cannot be considered as contractual. If the final execution time exceeds the estimated time, all hours will be charged to the package. If the final execution time is less than the estimated time, only the hours actually worked will be charged.
