Conditions and restrictions of use of Viafirma

Athento, with respect to its various functionalities and the parameterised integration of the product with the electronic signature provider, Viafirma, emphasises that there are some conditions and restrictions for its use. These conditions and restrictions of use are listed below:

1. Athento and Viafirma are different products offered by different companies.
2. Athento, within the configured integration, does not cover 100% of the functionalities of the Viafirma product.
3. Athento is not responsible for Viafirma's own incidences.
4. Athento is not responsible for Viafirma's configuration in general, nor for the generation of templates, with which the signature request is sent.
5. Athento is not responsible for solving incidences or errors caused in third party software such as Viafirma.

Note: If the client wishes, the signature functionality can be contracted directly with the Viafirma provider.
