Athento offers two types of profiles to provide professional services, we review them below.

Product Engineer

This is a technical, highly specialized profile. A product engineer is capable of:

• Provide live support to teams for setup of integrations, mass processes, uploads, etc.
• Develop and configure automations or customizations ad hoc for the customer.
• Adjust security settings specific to a client's security policy.
• Help technical teams to find the source of integration, security, network, etc. problems.

A product engineer can also:

• Advise you on how to solve a use case or issue with the software
• Design the implementation of a project
• Make configurations on the product
• Teach you how to configure or use the product's functionality

Product Consultant

A product consultant has a business-oriented profile. He is an expert in analyzing business problems to propose solutions that improve process productivity.

A business consultant will help you:

• Define and/or advise you on the implementation of a process in Athento
• Solving specific user problems with current product functionality
• Configure your Athento
• Improve the definition of your business process
• Teach you how to configure or use the product's functionality

Athento's professional services pricing

• Product consultant: 80€/hour
• Product engineer: 200€/hour

These prices do not include travel or per diem expenses.
