Restrict transitions for users

In addition to the control of the state itself, which indicates which groups of users can put a document in a certain state, Athento offers some options to force that only one user or group of users can make a transition. This is useful because there can be several ways to reach a state.

• Use a user type field to determine who should make the transition: In this case, for each document, we will be able to define who is to make the transition. 
• Define in the transition a user or group that can make the transition: in this case, this configuration will be applied to all documents with that form.

Desde la transición, haz clic en el icono grupo de usuarios.

A continuación, en la ventana que se despliega, podrás elegir usuarios individuales o grupos de usuarios que estarán habilitados para hacer la transición.
