Why should I have to pay for professional services?

Athento aims to offer a self-service product, so that the end customer can make configurations and can adjust them to their business needs.

In some cases, it is possible that Athento's team will perform custom configurations so that the customer can see how to perform them or simply show that they are possible.

The fact that Athento performs some configurations does not exempt the client from having to pay for professional services in the future if improvements, corrections or new configurations are needed.
