How to create a folder hierarchy from a template?

With Athento, you can create a folder hierarchy from a template.

From the space, you must create the folder hierarchy you want to use.

To begin, access the first level or root of the created structure and, from the browser URL, copy the number that appears after ?folder=

In the space where you want to create documents with this structure, install the operation Copy hierarchy template

Then, in the operation configuration, the parameters must be set as follows:

• template_uuid: Includes the uuid of the template copied from the URL in the previous step.

• folder_name_to_serie_dictionary_name: Name of the dictionary that contains the relation between the folder and the space where you want the folder to be created.

In case you want the folders to be created in specific spaces, a dictionary must be configured and added to it:

• Value: Name of the folder to be created.

• Label: internal name of the space where the folder is to be created.
