How to convert related Word documents to a single PDF document?

Athento has an operation that allows converting several related Word documents corresponding to the specified documentary types into a single PDF document that will also be linked to the main document. This operation is called:

op_convert_word_files_to_pdf

To begin, the operation must be installed in the marketplace of the desired space:

Once the operation is installed, it is necessary to configure its parameters:

The operation has the following parameters:

• Related forms: Indicates the related documents' documentary types whose binaries will be taken to perform the merge and conversion.
• Replace previous merge binary: Indicates whether at each execution of the operation the binary of the previously generated document is stepped on or if a new document is generated at each execution.
• Resultant document form: Indicates the form of the resulting document after the merge and the conversion of the documents.

Once the parameters have been configured, the operation can be executed manually or its execution can be configured for certain events.

It can be observed that when the operation is executed, it generates a document that is immediately linked to the document on which the operation is executed.
