How can I create or link a file, using a key metadata?

In Athento it is possible to create or link an expedient by means of an operation, having as search key a key metadata of the same expedient.

To do this you must install the “Create or link records” operation (op_link_or_create_expedient) available in the automation library.

Once the operation is installed, each parameter must be filled in as follows:

• Key_metadata_name: Internal name of the key metadata, with which the file will be searched.
• Expedient_type: Internal name of the form or “dossier”.
• Use_original_folfer_as_key: Internal name of the file form where the key metadata is located and will be created in case it does not exist.
