By default, you cannot execute operations in the first state of the life cycle, since there is no transition to this state. If you need this behavior, you have some options available.
Execution of post-load automatism
The post-loading automatisms are executed at the moment of document creation. In Athento, when documents are created, they take as their state the Initial State of the active life cycle.
What do the processing phases of the operations mean?
In the space where the documents are located, you must activate the option to execute post-load operations.
Use a transition from the last state to the first state
You can join the Target State or Final State and the Initial State by means of a transition. In this case, the automatisms configured in the Initial State are executed.
If you use the reset status button, please note that...
The reset document state button changes both the processing phase and the life cycle state. In this case, since it is not a transition, the operations in the first state will not be executed.
However, if you activate the post-load operation and the option to execute post-load operations in space, when resetting the processing status, these operations can be executed.
