The advanced search allows you to filter dynamically by spaces, forms, and fields.
You can access it from the main navigation bar.
Basic search
You can quickly filter by:
- Spaces: documents in the selected spaces.
- Forms: documents using the selected forms.
- Or text: documents that included a specific text within their title of field values.
By clicking on the "More" option you will find additional filters such as "Document Status" and "Lifecycle state".
You can use all of the available filters at the same time, and when you are ready, you click on the Search button.do any of these combinations and finally, click on the "Search" button. The tool will find the documents that meet all the selected criteria.
Advanced search
If the previous filters are not enough and you need something more powerful, use the advanced search option.
To build a query, click on "Add rule".
Then you can start defining complex filters.
Through the "Add rules" or "groups" options you can define several filter conditions. Each time you click on the new rule button, you will have a new select box and you can set whether it is an AND or OR condition.

According to the selected option, a series of options of filters will be available.
Press the Search button when your query is ready. If you make a mistake, you can use "Clear rule" to clean the filter and delete one specific rule, or the button Clear all to erase all of the rules.
