RTO (Recovery Time Objective)
This is the time it would take, in the maximum case, to recover the service in the event of any serious incident or disaster.
This time is set as standard for any Athento service at 8 calendar hours.
RPO (Recovery Point Objective)
The volume of data at risk of loss that the organization considers tolerable.
This time is set as standard for any Athento service at 24 calendar hours.
* The RTO and RPO times defined here are not contractually binding.
* Each customer may have different RTO and RPO if explicitly contracted.
Important recommendation regarding the RPO
In order to improve the RPO Athento recommends that applications that are integrated with Athento store backup copies of the documents they send via API.
As a minimum, it is recommended to store a copy of the documents uploaded in the last 24 hours, although it is preferable to have a complete copy of what has been sent via API.
