How often is Athento updated?

We updated Athento to include in the product:

• Security improvements
• Product bug fixes
• New functionalities

Product updates are a frequent process that is part of the Maintenance and Continuous Improvement Policy.

Please note that Athento reserves the right to carry out these updates when it deems appropriate. Athento will only agree with its customers on upgrade interventions, in cases where customer-specific customisations are involved.

The automatic update of instances is recommended. These updates are secure, do not generate service outages and will help you to keep your product with the latest security and functionality enhancements. If this is not possible for your company, Athento recommends that production instances be updated at least once every 3 months.

QA environments should be automatically updated at least once a week.

UAT environments should be automatically updated at least once a month.

Athento considers it bad practice for environments not to be updated with the recommended frequency. If an environment is not up to date, it can impact user experience, business processes and security.
