How to remove the browser translation and set the correct language in Athento?

The change in the labels of the elements in Athento is usually related to the configuration of the user's browser.

Go to this icon in the top right corner:

How to remove translations in Microsoft Edge

Translations are managed from the following button in the top right corner.
