The change in the labels of the elements in Athento is usually related to the configuration of the user's browser.
For example, in the following document there is a "Code" field, which when viewed with the translation enabled, says "Code":

This happens with all browsers if automatic translation is enabled, and can be removed by enabling the correct language in Athento.
How to remove translations in Google Chrome
Go to this icon in the top right corner:
And a box similar to the following format will be displayed:
From there, scroll down the options on the icon and click on "No traducir nunca este sitio web".
How to remove translations in Microsoft Edge
Translations are managed from the following button in the top right corner.
Click on the button and click on "Mostrar original".
With that change it is now displayed correctly, but to prevent it from happening again in the future, open the translation settings again and click on "Más" or "Ahora no", to drop down the down arrow and select "No traducir nunca este sitio".
How to remove translations in Firefox
Firefox does not include a translation tool by default.
How to remove translations in Safari
From the Athento website, go to the icon that appears to the right of the smart search field.
There, click on the "View original" option to see the instance in its original language.
How to configure the correct language in Athento
