When a user makes several login attempts with the wrong password, the system may lock the user's account. It will display a message like the following:
To unlock the user, the administrator user of the tool must do the following:
- Access the advanced administration to the following link: https://DOMINIO/aseadm/users/user/
- Search for the user for whom the account needs to be unlocked.
- Select user
- In the lower left corner, select the “Reset attempts user” option and click the “Go” button.
If after following the above steps the user still has access problems, perform the following steps:
- Access https://DOMINIO/aseadm/axes/accessattempt
- Search by user name:
- Select the results corresponding to the searched user and delete the records.
- Access https://DOMINIO/aseadm/axes/accessfailurelog/
Search by user name and delete the user's access logs.
