How to automatically change the lifecycle status of a V2 document?

In Athento there is an operation that allows changing the lifecycle states of a document “op_lifecycle_transition_v2”. The operation can be enabled from the space operations marketplace.

• Trigger state: If this field is checked, the transition will be carried out in those document life cycles whose current state is equal to the selected one, whether they are main or parallel life cycles.

   

• Final state: Final state when the transition is completed.

   

• Metadata name log date: Field where the date and time of the transition execution is stored.

   

• Force transition: If checked, the transition will be forced and requirements and validations will be ignored. Only allowed for main life cycles.

• Run operations on final state: If checked, the operations assigned to the final state of the transition will be launched. Only takes effect when the transition is forced.

When the Activation state is selected, the transition is performed on all document life cycles that are in that state and have a transition until the final state is reached.

If Activation State is not selected, the transition will be made from the current state of the document in its main life cycle to the Final State, if there is a transition.
