Import tips

At Athento, we understand how important it is to perform an import from Pre-Production to Production environments. That's why this article compiles some tips to carry out this action without a significant impact on a production environment:

1. Create a bridge space

A bridge space allows you to add operations, whether standard or customized, without losing their configuration. To do this, you need to access the advanced administration area of the space.

You need to locate the section that says 'Poperations' and from there, search for the operations to pass as a bridge, making sure to click 'Save'.

Remember to select the operations and then move them to the right panel with the dates:

From this option, you only need to import the space into the production environment and then activate the operation on the space.

2. Create a bridge form

You should follow the same steps as mentioned above, and you can activate the fields that are required in the forms of the production environment without affecting the existing configuration.
