What is the availability commitment of the pre-production environments offered by Athento?

Given the nature of test environments - they are used for stress testing, security testing, parameterization testing, etc. - Athento does not offer an availability commitment for these services. 

The hosting of pre-production environments does offer support services on these environments, although with lower coverage than those of production environments. What are the SLAs of non-production environments?
