Can I edit documents in Athento in bulk?

Athento allows bulk editing of documents from the documents tab of a form. This can be done from the documents tab of a form.

To edit multiple documents, you can select them and click on the Edit button. Bulk editing allows modifying field values and making changes to the main lifecycle status of the documents.

Field Editing

To edit a field, select the field you want to edit in the selector and add it for editing by pressing the "Add to edit" button. Once the field is added, fill in the field with the value you want to set for the documents.

Main life cycle status editing

To edit the status of the main life cycle, we indicate in the selector the status to which we want to move the documents.

Force status: The option to force the change of status is available. If this option is enabled, no operations will be launched and no checks will be performed to verify whether or not the transition can be made.

Display of errors occurring in the execution of the mass editing process

If an error occurs during execution, the modal will show which documents have failed and the reason for the failure.
