Trays or work queues are groupings of documents that meet certain criteria. These criteria are reflected in the filters so that users, depending on their role and permissions, can access the trays and their filters.
Therefore, the user accessing Athento can only see the trays to which he has been granted access permissions.
For example: In a Team, a Contract process and an Invoice process have been parameterized, for which the following trays are available in total.
Taking into account the configured permissions, a user can have access to the corresponding trays, according to his role within the processes. In the following case, the trays to which a user with permission only to the Contracts process has access are shown.
It should be noted that even when the same user belongs to the CONTRACTS business process, he/she will not necessarily have access to all the trays of the Contracts process, but only to those in which his/her profile must execute some procedure or task.
If this user, or any other user belonging to the Team, requires access to another of the created trays, he/she must request it to the Team administrator user, as shown in the following article.
