How to make a public document mandatory to load a binary?

In Athento it is possible to activate that the binary or main file of any type of document is mandatory for sending a public form. 

From the Advanced configuration of the form, there is an option "Require binary on public creation", we must activate the option.

This will only allow you to send the form when the main file is attached.
