Can I use BOTs or RPA to further automate the use of Athento?

Like any web technology, Athento allows the use of RPA.

Keep in mind the following recommendations:

1. When binding BOT actions on DOM elements, be sure to use HTML identifiers. If Athento does not have the identifier you need, you can request it from soporte@athento.com.
2. Review the code generated by the BOT to ensure that it is efficient and does not make more calls than necessary to Athento, as this may affect performance.
3. If you use DOM elements to set up automations, be aware that you will need to adapt them if the Athento interface changes in new versions.
