ViaFirma Documents - Automation to save a document signature audit trail

Athento allows saving the signature audit trail of a document by using automation.

The automation that allows this is called "op_viafirma_document_message_callback_download_audit_trail_as_related", whose utility is to load the document referring to the signature audit in Athento, as a related document of the document that was sent to sign, when it has been successfully signed. This automation can be installed from the "Automation" tab of a space.

It can be installed in the automation library with a simple click.

Once installed, it has to be configured to work correctly. First of all, the "callback_viafirma_document" category must be established for the operation from the administration.

Secondly, the parameters of the operation must be configured. The available parameters are

• Form: Form of the new related document created concerning the signature audit. If not specified, the default form of the space will be used.
• Space: Space in which the new related document referring to the signature audit will be loaded. If not specified, the space of the document that was sent to sign and for which the signature audit is being registered will be used.

Once this configuration is done, the documents related to the signature audit will be uploaded as related to the documents that were sent for signature, provided that they have been successfully signed and the process has been completed.
