CONFIGURATION FROM GOOGLE CLOUD
To create an agent / chatbot from Athento directly, we can do it from the Dialogflow team app.
Previously, the following steps must be followed:
1.- Log into the google cloud console with a google account to create a project.
We will have already created the project with ID "proyecto-evidencia". The ID will be useful later on.
2.- Once created, go to APIs & Services > Enabled APIs & services to activate "Dialogflow API".
3.- Once the dialogflow API is activated, go to IAM & Admin > Service Accounts and create a new "Service Account".
4.- In the service account creation form, a name must be entered and, in the second step, "Owner" permissions must be granted.
5.- By clicking, we enter the service account created and in the Keys section a new JSON key should be created.
Done, we now have the google cloud credentials json and the google project id.
CONFIGURATION FROM ATHENTO APPS
From the "Apps" tab of the team, click on "Add" to the Dialogflow card and fill in the google cloud id and attach the json of the credentials.
And with this, we would already have the connection created. In case of having an agent already existing to that google cloud connection, its data will appear directly and we will be able to edit them:
In case there is no agent associated to the connection, we will have a "Check connection" button to verify that the connection is indeed correct and another "Add agent" button to create the agent (obviously, if the check connection fails, trying to create an agent will also fail).
