To configure the integration, it is necessary to go to the upper right part of the screen, scroll down to the user information and click on the "Team" option.
Once inside Team, go to the "Apps" tab and there select the integration with Viafirma Inbox.
When you click on the "Add" button, the following box will appear:
To perform the integration with Viafirma Inbox, it is necessary to enter Viafirma Inbox platform and locate the option "Api Systems".
Once inside Api Systems, click on the "Add" button and the following screen will appear:
The "Short name" field must be filled in and changes are saved. Subsequently, the platform will generate a system key, as shown below:
This data will allow the configuration in Athento for the integration with Viafirma Inbox.
User's name: Here you fill in the short name created in Viafirma Inbox Api Systems.
Password: Copy the password or the Key System generated by Viafirma Inbox.

If you want to send the username as user code, you will have to access to the administration. Once you have accessed to the administration, you will have to look for the integration with Viafirma Inbox, and when you have accessed to the integration, you will have to set the flag of "Use username as user code" to "True".
Once this information is filled in the Viafirma Inbox App in Athento, the integration will be ready. The Viafirma Inbox button will appear in the document options row when a pdf file is loaded and ready to use.
