Guarantee of works and stabilisation

All projects executed with Athento, from the start of production, have a stabilisation period in which the support and project team pays special attention to users and any incidents that may arise.

This period usually lasts two weeks and is called BLP. During these weeks, the project and support team focuses on STABILISING the project.

Please note that the occurrence of bugs or scope changes is normal during this period. Errors will be corrected and scope changes will need to be managed with the project teams.

Within the stabilisation, in the production release control sheet, Commands & Control will be planned with the client where the incidents reported in the BLP phase will be reviewed, prioritising each one.
