Can I decide when my instance is upgraded?
For production environments, the customer can request updates on specific dates. This configuration can be requested to soporte@athento.com
For QA or UAT environments, you can also request the update frequency, taking into account that:
- It is highly recommended that the update of QA/UAT environments is automatic as often as possible (daily or weekly).
- If a ticket is sent to support regarding an error in the QA/UAT environments, the support team can update the instance without prior notice, with the aim of correcting or resolving errors, as well as applying hotfixes.
