Basic Auth authentication for API user not working

If your API user authentication by Basic Auth does not work, please check:

1. Try resetting the password.
2. If your user is an active directory or Azure directory user, set the password in the Athento database.
3. Make sure your user is marked as "Is service" to avoid automatic password expiration and prevent the user from being automatically disabled due to lack of access from the interface.
