When to report a ticket to Viafirma's support?

Athento has the integration ready to use with the electronic signature provider Viafirma and provides support for this integration.

However, there are cases in which incidents must be reported directly to Viafirma, for example:

1. Viafirma's application crashes.

2. Configuration and/or adjustment of signature templates and policies.

3. Number of signatures consumed

4. Consultation of signature audit
