How to access basic reports for a team?

To access the reports, click on the Insights button in the main navigation bar.

General information tab

When you enter Insights you will see the general information tab. Here you can see:

• Document creation evolution
• Documents per space
• Documents by form

The selector above the graph will allow you to select the time range over which you want to view the data.

Document creation evolution

The new documents uploaded graph shows the documents created according to their creation date in the selected time period.

Documents per space

The documents by space graph tells you the documents uploaded in each space in the selected time period.

Documents by form

The documents per form graph tells you the documents created in each form of the team in the selected time period.

Lifecycle reports tab

To see the graphs in this tab, you must select the time period to filter the report, then select the form, and finally the lifecycle itself.

Documents in a final state

The documents in the final state graph shows you the documents uploaded in the selected time period that are in the final state of the selected lifecycle and those documents that are in states other than the final state.

Documents per state

The documents by status graph shows you the documents uploaded in the selected time period according to the selected lifecycle status they are in.
