Both the guarantee and the provision of the professional support service associated with the Athento product are offered from level 2 and 3 services, i.e. the client will contact the Athento support team through qualified personnel, technically and functionally in the area related to the Athento solution. The customer must assign an internal team capable of centralizing and evaluating user requests. Only authorized support contacts can register cases in our system.
