Is it possible to manage the complexity of passwords in Athento?

Yes, it is possible.

There are several mechanisms through which this complexity is managed and they can be accessed from the Team administration in the Security tab.

Athento allows you to force the passwords that are defined in the platform to require:

• A minimum number of letters
• A minimum number of numeric digits

 Password strength suggestion

This functionality informs the user at the time of changing the password of the security level of the chosen password.

In security management, it is possible to define the level of strength to be recommended. These levels go from 0 to 4, being 4 the most secure level. The level defined in the Password Strength option will depend on the password strength evaluation that Athento will make when changing the password.

This functionality is not restrictive and operates for informational purposes only.

IMPORTANT: These configurations are only available for Enterprise plans (Standard, PRO, Company and Enterprise).
