How to log in without a password?

You can access Athento without having to manually enter your password to log in. In order to activate this functionality you will need:

• A USB security key,
• or a mobile device with the ability to store security keys.

To register the security keys in the application, access the user profile. Go to "Passwordless Authentication". Click the "Add" button, which will open a pop-up window.

Next, assign a name to your security key and click add.

The browser will guide you through the following configuration steps. Depending on your operating system, different security key methods are available.

Once the security key has been registered, to authenticate, simply click on the button with a key icon in the login form and follow the steps indicated by the browser.
