How do you control the uploading of malware files via public links?

Athento allows you to publish your forms so that external users can send us data and documentation through a public link.

To control external users from uploading files with malicious software, the software offers several possibilities and safeguards:

• The public link does not allow the uploading of executable files such as bat, exe, sh, etc.
• From the series, it is possible to control what type of extensions we want to allow to be uploaded to the series by any upload mechanism.
• The public link has recaptcha functionality to prevent automated attacks.

On the other hand, it is possible to activate the Antivirus operation in the series:
